GENERAL INFO

Occupancy of up to 200 guests.

If renting on a weekday or Saturday, place should be vacated by 10 pm.

If renting on a Sunday, place should be vacated by 3 pm.

Alcoholic or caffeinated beverages, non-vegetarian items, items containing eggs such as cakes & pastries are NOT allowed for serving.

Cleaning after the event is the responsibility of person(s) organizing.

Catering service is available.
OUR RATES
-
Nominal charge of $400 for 4 hours + $75 for each additional hour.

Kitchen is available for $50/hour with management's approval.

Sound system & projector are available for $50.
-
Plates, cups & spoons are $0.50/person.
-
Security deposit of $150 refunded after post-event inspection.
-
Payment is due at the time of rental approval.
